Make an appointment or phone to speak with your GP. If you are in crisis and need urgent attention you can go to your nearest hospital A&E department.
If you feel distressed or suicidal while taking part in the project stop responding to the questionnaire and focus on your well-being. The research team are available between 9am and 5pm weekdays to help you access support should you need it.
